ARMEX signed the contract on building management and installation operations control in the new TNK-BP office
ARMEX Facility Management Company has won the public tender for maintenance of new offices in one of the leading Russian oil companies - TNK-BP, located in Nordstar Tower Business Center. According to the contract provisions, ARMEX acts as an independent consultant on technical supervision and provides control of installation operations. After commissioning of the building, ARMEX specialists will provide services for maintenance and repair of internal engineering systems. In addition, the range of services includes cleaning, help desk organization, technical documentation, administration of the contractors’ warranties and others.

ARMEX Management Company won the tender for the maintenance of building engineering systems in “ProfMedia Business Solutions” Company, which is located in “Danilovskaya Manufactura” - Business Center of “B” Class. According to the agreement, ARMEX will provide maintenance of electrical systems and lighting, air conditioning and ventilation systems, water supply, sanitation and fire safety systems. At Hi-Tech Building 2009 forum ARMEX presented solutions for efficient office building management system operation
ARMEX took part in the 8-th International Hi-Tech Building 2009 Forum, which took place in December 2009 in Gostiny Dvor exhibition complex.
