TNK-BP Office Buildings Maintenance Contract Signed
ARMEX has won tender to provide comprehensive operation & maintenance of TNK-BP office buildings, having total area of 50,000 square meters. Under the contract, ARMEX will provide comprehensive building operation, including building system maintenance and infrastructure management. TNK-BP headquarters on Stary Arbat is a class A office building, which is among the ten major intelligent buildings in Europe. Maintenance and operation of such kind of buildings requires high qualification, extensive knowledge and experience of intelligent system management.
