Services:

The full range of maintenance services for “Donskoy Posad” includes scheduled maintenance, repair and replacement of video intercom, access control and security systems equipment as well as access control equipment installed at the underground parking. In addition, ARMEX Company provides purchasing and storage of spare parts and consumables required for operation and maintenance of security systems.

“Donskoy Posad” building is equipped with modern security applications, including video surveillance, access control and fire alarm systems. According to the contract ARMEX performs daily inspection of installed equipment and provides emergency arrival of technicians to the object in case of emergency situations.

During technical and routine maintenance of security systems ARMEX staff utilizes consumables and spares, and, if necessary, provides emergency repair or replacement of the installed equipment. For the convenience of the customer ARMEX Company provides purchasing spares and materials, and stores it at a company’s warehouse.

As a part of scheduled maintenance of security and access control systems, ARMEX technicians carry out operation control and cleaning of readers, type-setting panels, locks, closers, infrared sensors and glass break sensors. ARMEX also provides monitoring of the main controller and its modules, as well as functional testing of alarm buttons, bells, sirens etc.

Technical maintenance of video intercoms includes operation control of the monitors, video transmitters and other elements of the video system. For maintenance of access control systems for underground parking ARMEX staff checks for signal lights, photo cells, magnetic and infrared sensors, and overall system operation.
