According to the terms of contract ARMEX specialists provide quarterly maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation system, control and troubleshooting, as well as emergency arrival of the technical staff for localization and liquidation of emergency situations. The range of services includes chillers control, cleaning filters and air intake grids ventilation system, control of air parameters and maintenance of air conditioners and chillers.
In order to ensure reliable operation of climate system in Rambler Company offices, ARMEX provides full-featured technical maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation system. Technical maintenance includes scheduled inspections, testing, adjustment and control of all systems on the basis of normative and technical documentation; equipment repair; necessary adjustment of air conditioning system after repair; maintenance of the equipment due to operation instructions.
Technical maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation system includes the following operations:
- control air valves operation, adjustment and prevention of valves sticking;
- validate the direction of fan rotation and condition of valves;
- noise and vibration control;
- air temperature control;
- monitoring of bearings, couplings, pulleys, a belt transmission (if available) and fan brackets;
- checking of housing condition, fan blades, heaters and valves;
- control of electric motor overheating;
- filter checking and (if necessary) their cleaning or replacement;
- technical maintenance of instrumentation;
- control of pump operation;
- instrumentation cleaning;
- control of settings via control board.
Maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation system as well as scheduled inspections, testing and adjustment are based on the normative and technical documentation of climate system.
